摘要
以中国石化工程建设公司总承包的川气东送"咽喉"工程普光天然气净化厂为依据,浅述EPC项目的进度控制。进度控制在EPC项目中的各个阶段均起着重要作用,制定有效的项目计划是项目管理的基础。通过分析影响项目进度的诸多因素,试图寻求一些解决的思路。
Taking Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant,an important project of Sichuan-to-East gas transmission and an EPC project of SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation,as an example,this article discusses the schedule control of EPC project.Schedule control plays an important role in each stage of the EPC project,and developing effective project plan is the basis of project management.Many factors that affect the project schedule are analyzed to find out solutions.
