摘要
首先叙述技术创新中技术标准协同发展的重要性。其次介绍技术创新基本理论、技术创新四种模式以及技术标准的层次和体系。第三探讨技术创新、技术标准和知识产权的互动关系。第四讨论工程设计公司的有关经验与案例最后提出3点认识和期望。
This paper discusses the importance of collaborative development of technical innovation and technical standards,introduces the basic theory of technical innovation,four kinds of innovation mode and the hierarchy and system of technical standards, explores the interrelation among technical innovation, technical standards and IPRs,discusses some experiences and case studies of engineering companies,and presents three understandings and expectations in the conclusion.
