摘要
电极在使用过程中,有无松动非常关键。尤其在通电后,随着温度的升高电极发生热膨胀,如果接头与电极的CTE能够平衡,电极连接部位便不会松动,可以防止折断的发生。本文介绍了石墨电极连接部位松动与CTE的关系。
In the process of electrode operation,the key point is the looseness or not.Especially as the electrode is power on,the thermal expansion of electrode will occur with the rise of temperature.If CTE of nipple and electrode keeps balance,the interconnecting part of electrodes will not loose,which can prevent the occurrence of fracture.In this paper,the relationship between looseness of interconnecting part of electrodes and CTE was introduced.
