摘要
通过化学分析、电子显微镜等物理化学检测手段,对煤气加热器不锈钢螺栓失效的原因进行了分析,结果表明螺栓失效的原因为硫化物所导致的应力腐蚀。
By means of physical and chemical test methods such as SEM, chemical analysis etc. , the failure cause was analyzed on stainless flange bolt in gas heater. It is turned out that sulfide stress corrosion caused by sulfide was the main reason for bolt fracture.
