摘要
介绍了高强度船板NVD(E)420的生产工艺及性能,对钢板的成分-淬火组织及性能进行了研究。通过合理的低成分设计并结合现场生产经验,研究了工艺参数对力学性能的影响,找出合理的工艺参数,得到良好的实物性能,为在该领域向更高级别、更大厚度船板的开发提供了技术储备。
The paper describes the production process and properties of NVD(E) 420 high strength hull plate,studies the composition-quenching microstructure and properties of steel plate,investigates the effect of process parameters on mechanical properties by introducing rational low content value design and combining the site production experience.Thus rational process parameters are found out and good actual product properties are obtained,which provides the technological reserve for the development of higher grade and larger thickness hull plate.
