介绍了济钢1700 mm热连轧厂热轧带钢板型缺陷产生的原因。济钢热轧厂投用板型自动控制系统后,带钢的板型得到显著改善,有利于产品的尺寸控制及提高外观质量,为生产更高级别的产品打下基础。
The paper describes the causes of plate profile imperfections of hot rolled strip from the 1 700 mm hot strip rolling plant of Jigang.After introducing the automatic plate profile control system in the hot strip rolling plant,the strip profile control has been improved significantly,which helps the shape and dimension control on the products and set up solid foundation for higher grades development.
