摘要
目的观察补肾健脾颗粒对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法大鼠经给予肾上腺素和冰处理后,可造成全血粘度和血浆粘度升高,红细胞压积值增加。实验开始连续灌胃给予补肾健脾颗粒小、中、大剂量(3.13,6.25,12.5 g生药/kg)7 d,于第7天按上述方法造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,停食后次晨给药1 h后取血测定血液流变学指标。结果补肾健脾颗粒中、大剂量组与模型组比较能显著降低模型大鼠全血粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞压积值。结论补肾健脾颗粒可降低血瘀模型大鼠的血液粘稠度,具有一定的活血化瘀作用。
Aim To observe the effects of bushen jianpi granule on hemorheology in epinephrine-induced blood stasis model rats.Methods The blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of rats ascend and hematocrit value increases if administered with epinephrine and treated with ice.The rats were grouped and pretreated with low,middle and high doses of bushen jianpi granule(equivalent to 3.13,6.25,12.5 gram crude drug/kg respectively) by gavage for 7 consecutive days before model making.On the 7th day,the rats were administered with epinephrine and treated with ice to induce acute blood stasis model.The blood,which was drew from the unfed rats 1 hour after they were treated with bushen jianpi granule by gavage on the 8th day,was used to determine hemorheology indices.Results The blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of rats significantly descended and hematocrit value markedly decreased in rats treated with middle and high doses of bushen jianpi granule when compared with those in the model rats.Conclusion Bushen jianpi granule can lower blood viscosity in the blood stasis model rats,so,it has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on human.
