Cu-Ce-Zr-Ba-O复合氧化物催化剂的制备与三效催化性能

摘要 采用共沉淀法和等体积浸渍法,分别研制Cu-Ce-Zr-Ba-O复合氧化物催化剂.催化活性的测定结果表明:当Ce与Zr的摩尔比为0.2︰0.8,Ba含量为4%,Cu负载量为5%时,采用等体积浸渍法制备的Cu-Ce-Zr-Ba-O复合氧化物具有更好的三效催化活性,能使C3H6、CO、NO的转化率分别高达99.4%、97.5%、99.9%.XRD和DTA的测试分析结果也表明:Ba的加入会形成铈锆钡(Ce-Zr-Ba)固溶体,有助于提高催化剂的活性和热稳定性,因此所制得的复合氧化物具有良好的三效催化性能. Cu-Ce-Zr-Ba-O catalysts are prepared by two different ways of co-precipitation and impregnation.It showed the best three-way catalytic performance when prepared in the way of impregnation with the molar ratio of Ce and Zr of 0.2︰0.8,the content of Ba of 4%(weight) and the content of Cu of 5%(weight).The conversion of C3H6、 CO and NO can reach to 99.4%,97.5% and 99.9%.The results of XRD and DTA characterization showed some Cu and Ba entered the Ce-Zr solid solution to form a Cu-Ce-Zr-Ba solid solution,which can help to increase the catalytic activity and thermal stability of the Cu-Ce-Zr-Ba-O catalyst.
