我院2008年门急诊处方分析

Analysis of prescriptions in outpatient and emergency depatments of our hospital in 2008

目的了解医院门急诊处方药物使用情况,促进合理用药。方法随机抽取2008年门急诊处方1200张,使用"处方评价表"的指标进行统计分析。结果平均用药品种数2.49种,注射剂应用率41%,抗菌药物应用率47%,药品通用名应用率85%,抗菌药物主要在药方案、用药指征、联合用药、溶媒选择等方面存在问题。结论该院门急诊注射剂应用率和抗菌药物应用率均较高,药品通用名应用率较低,抗菌药物应用存在问题,应加强门急诊处方用药的管理,尤其是抗菌药物的合理应用。

Aim To facilitate rational drug use in outpatient and emergency depatments by investigating the drug utilization in outpatient and emergency depatments of our hospital.Methods A total of 1200 prescripatients in outpatient and emergency depatments of our hospital were randomly selected for a statistical analysis using the indexes in Prescription Evaluation Form.Results The average drug kinds used were 2.49;the percentage of the use of inections was 41%;the percentage of the use of antibiotics was 47%;the percentage of drugs using generic name was 85%.The irrational antibitics prescriptions were spotted with problems use of drug regimen,indication for medication,combination use and use of solvent.Conclusion The percentage of the use of inections and antibiotics was on the high side.The percentage of drugs using generic name was on the low side.The irratioal use of antibiotics remain there.It is necessary to strengthen the managenment of prescripatient from outpatient and emergency depatments of our hospital,especially in the rational use of drug.
