摘要 目的探讨脑肿瘤磁共振波谱学检查技术及图像质量影响因素。方法分析137例接受磁共振波谱学检查的脑肿瘤患者的影像学资料。结果优质的图像使检查更易行可靠,更有助于影像诊断。结论检查技术参数的合理选择有助于提高影像质量,是质量控制的关键。 Objective To study the application values of magnetic resonance spectroscopy for diagnosing of brain tumours,and influent factors of the image quality.Methods Images of 137 patients undergoing magnetic resonance spectroscopy were reviewed.Results A high image quality made magnetic resonance spectroscopy easier and more dependable.It may be helpful to the diagnosis.Conclusion The reasonable selection of operating parameters is helpful to improve image quality.It's the key to quality control(QC).
