Growth: Constantly Seek and Realize"ZPD"of Self-development——To Young Teachers and Cadres

青年教师和青年干部在工作中仅仅依赖或者说仅仅满足于已实现和形成的"现有发展水平"是不够的,甚至是"无效"的,从本质上看还缺少发展的意义,必须不断寻求和实现自我的"最近发展区"。青年教师和青年干部成长过程中"最近发展区"的实现需要给予指导和帮助,需要积极主动地完成三个维度的发展与转变。

It is far from enough if the young teachers and young cadres are contented with the ＂existing level of development＂and rely on it in their work.Sometimes it is even ＂invalid＂and lack of the necessary qualities.They must constantly seek and realize the ＂Zone of Proximal development＂of Self-development.This involves guidance and assistance.Young teachers and young cadres should actively take the initiative to realize the development and changes from three dimensions.
