摘要
高职人才质量标准研究不能完全建立在理论层面上,应结合社会实际需要。本文通过对用人单位的问卷调查、企业走访方式对高职人才质量标准进行社会调查,从而提炼并归纳出人才质量标准的内涵。人才质量标准的确定能引导高职教学改革,提高人才质量。
The study of the qualitative standards of graduates from professional colleges should not be based only on the theoretical level,but on the actual needs from society.This article abstracts the connotation of the standards by analyzing the data obtained in surveys of employers.The definition of the standards can be used as guidelines in teaching reform and thus to improve teaching quality.
