There is interaction between the development of regional higher education and provincial economy.The parameters of provincial economy theory affecting regional higher education＇s development are comprehensive competence of regional economy and theory of uneven growth.The academic constituent of regional higher education which can promote provincial economy include theory of external relationship of higher education,theory of three spiral,as well as theory of ecological regional development.In the end,this paper discusses on adaptability strategies to develop in harmony regional higher education and provincial economy.
