摘要
针对《资产评估》课程实践性强、应用性强的特点,在课程教授过程中引入案例教学法,可培养学生分析、解决问题的能力以及资产评估实务操作能力,学生在充分掌握、理解所学知识的同时也锻炼了自身的临场逻辑思维和表达能力。本文对《资产评估》课程案例教学过程的案例优选与设置、案例教学实施及案例教学课程考核等进行了论述,以期适应大学生素质教育的培养目标,符合当代大学生的学习要求和社会对人才的需要。
According to the practical and operational characteristics of the course of Asset Appraisal,the case teaching method was introduced to foster students＇ capability to analyse and solve problems and practice,to fully master and understand knowledge,while to exercise on-the-spot logical thinking and expression.This paper discusses case teaching method,the evaluation methods and systems,to meet the teaching objectives of education for all-round development and the learning requirements of contemporary university students,so as to meet society needs for talents.
