论高职院校组建跨学科专业教学团队的意义

The Significance of Forming Interdisciplinary Teaching Team in Vocational Colleges

目前,高职院校的专业教学团队大多是同学科的,这种同学科专业教学团队的组建对提高教育教学质量确实取得一定成效,但还不能充分发挥多学科教师的协同作用。我们提倡建设跨学科的专业教学团队,以利于充分发挥不同学科领域教师的专长和课程体系的全面运行,促使素质教育与专业教育的有机融合,全面实现人才培养目标。

At present,the professional teaching team in higher vocational colleges are mostly in the same subject,while having improved teaching quality and received certain result,but still not fully multidisciplinary collaborative effect of teachers.We advocate building interdisciplinary teaching team in order to make full use of various fields of expertise and curriculum system of teachers＇ comprehensive quality education and operation organically and fully realize the talents training target.
