煤炭在我国能源结构中占有着举足轻重的地位,我国的低碳经济发展模式必须在高碳经济结构下去探寻。只有从我国实际出发,立足于煤炭,大力发展新型煤气化技术,进一步拓宽其应用范围,通过政府的积极引导和支持创新国有新型煤气化技术,走出一条适合我国国情的低碳经济发展与环保之路。
The heat transfer coefficient distributions on every wall of the channel with rib turbulators and bleed holes were measured by transient liquid crystal technique. The effect of Reynolds number and bleed ratio on heat transfer coefficient was analyzed. The Reynolds numbers ranged from 20000 to 80000, and the bleed ratio ranged from 0.3 to 0.6. The results show that the change of bleed ratio greatly affects the heat transfer of every wall, the heat transfer of the ribbed wall without bleed holes decreases along the channel. On the wall with rib turbulators and bleed holes, the heat transfer increases at the entrance of the channel and then decreases along the channel. The average heat transfer enhancement coefficients of the channel walls decrease with the increasing of the Reynolds number. For the smooth walls and the ribbed wall without bleed holes, the average heat transfer enhancement coefficients decrease with the increasing of the bleed ratio. The bleed ratio has little effect on the average heat transfer enhancement of the wall with rib turbulators and bleed holes.
