摘要
土地是民生之本,发展之基。土地管理影响国家经济安全、粮食安全、生态安全,关系到经济社会发展的全局。本文以第二次土地调查影像图为研究对象,以SPOT 5正射影像图解译矢量化为例,针对土地调查中土地分类如何解译及矢量化问题进行研究,归纳出利用SPOT 5遥感影像完成第二次土地调查图件的解译及矢量化的工作方法。实践证明在第二次土地调查工作中计算机自动分类方法不适用,人机交互目视判读进行矢量化是最佳的工作方法。
Land is the fundamental of living and development.Land management affects national economic security,food security and ecological security,and relates to the whole economic and the social development.This paper uses the second land survey images as the research object and uses SPOT 5 orthograph interpretation vector quantization as an example to study how to interpret and extract the vector in land classification during the land survey,then it concludes the method of using SPOT 5 remote sensing image to complete the interpretation and vector quantization of the second land survey maps.It has been proved in practice that the computer auto-classification method is inapplicable in the second land survey,and the visual interpretation of human-computer interaction to carry on the vector quantization should be the best method.
