摘要
信息素养是科学素养的重要方面,也是高校教师必备的基本素养之一。提高高校教师信息素养水平是实现我国高等院校教育信息化战略的关键。而教师信息素养的量化评价可使教师看到自己的成绩,找出不足,激发其改进和提高的内在需要与动力,从而达到提高信息技术能力、推动教育信息化的目的。
Information literacy is an important aspect of scientific literacy and also one of the basic qualities university teachers must possess. Improving information literacy level of university teachers is the key for realizing the strategy of educational informationization in higher academic institutions in our country. Quantitative evaluation of teachers" information literacy can enable the teachers to see their achievements and shortages, inspire their internal needs and motivation needed for improvement, so as to enhance their information technology capabilities and promote educational informationization.
