摘要
为了解大学生面临挫折现状、应对方式和自我评价以及在采取教育干预措施后抗挫折能力的变化情况,我们以广西医科大学各个专业的班级为单位采取标准化问卷进行调查,旨在探讨抗挫折教育的途径和方法,培养大学生健康的心理素质,促进他们健康成长。
To reveal what frustrations undergraduates are confronted with, how they cope with such frustrations, and how they judge themselves in this regard, a survey by means of a standardized questionnaire is conducted, with classes of all majors of Guangxi Medical University as its objects. The survey is aimed to explore effective ways of educating undergraduates to counter their frustrations so as to help cultivate their healthy mentality indispensable for their healthy growth.
