摘要
初步探讨高压静电场(high-voltage electrostatic field,HVEF)对动物体内肿瘤的治疗效果.用不同强度高压静电场治疗腹水瘤C57BL/6小鼠,记录小鼠生存时间,计算生存概率,应用Kaplan-Meier氏方法绘制生存分析曲线.结果表明,不同强度静电场对荷瘤小鼠生存状况有不同影响.电压为10 kV和23 kV的静电场对小鼠无治疗作用;电压为30 kV时,电场的治疗作用不明显(P>0.05);而17 kV组,小鼠存活时间明显延长(P<0.05).高压静电场能够改善荷瘤小鼠生存状况,并且存在一定阈值,适宜强度的静电场能够有效延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期.
To study the effects on the animal tumors in vivo of high-voltage electrostatic fields,C57BL/6 mice with ascites tumors were processed in HVEF with different doses.The mice survival time is recorded,the survival probabilities are calculated and the survival analytic curves are drawn with Kaplan-Meier′s method.HVEF with different doses have different effects on the tumor-bearing mice.There are no therapeutical actions on the mice when exposed on 10 kV and 23 kV HVEF.No obvious action is observed when treated on 30 kV HVEF(P0.05).In comparison with control group,the survival time of the 17 kV group is much longer(P0.05).It is concluded that the high-voltage electrostatic field can ameliorate the tumor-bearing mice survival condition with certain threshold values,and effectively prolong the mice survival time.
