我国经历了多年"民工潮"后,如今却出现了大逆转,产生了"民工荒",这种现象的出现绝非偶然,其中既有国家政策和经济形势的原因,也有农民工自身的原因,还有企业和社会等方面的原因,应多方面采取措施,解决这一"民工荒"问题。

After years of flood of migrant workers,now the situation reverses into shortage of migrant workers.The phe-nomenon doesn’t appear by accident,the reasons behind it include several aspects,such as national policy and economi-cal situation,migrant workers to their own reasons,and en-terprises as well as society.So in order to solve this problem,we should take different measures.
