摘要 目的探讨可脱性球囊栓塞治疗外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的临床意义。方法应用可脱性球囊经动脉途径栓塞治疗12例颈内动脉海绵窦瘘。结果 1次栓塞成功9例,2次栓塞成功3例。结论可脱性球囊栓塞治疗是目前治疗外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘的最好方法。 Objective To find out the clinical significance of embolization with detachable balloon in the treatment of trau- matic carotid cavernous fistula. Methods Twelve patients with traumatic carotid cavernous fistulas were treated by transarterid embolization with detachable balloon. Results Of 12 cases embolized successfully,there were 9 cases of embolization for once and 3 cases for twice. Conclusion Emholization therapy is an optimal choice for traumatic carotid cavernous fistula.
