Detailed Urban Design:Re-Understanding Its Function and Significance

20多年来我国城市设计实践取得了一定的成绩,但随着城市设计工作的普遍开展,其隐藏已久的深层次矛盾逐渐突现.通过对我国近年来具有代表性的详细城市设计实践项目的研究,探讨其在体制认可与法律保障,与详细城市规划关系等方面存在的问题,进而对我国详细城市设计的作用与意义进行反思与再认识,提出建立与管理相对接的城市设计的现实意义.

For more than 20 years,urban design in our country has made certain achievements,however,with the development of urban design practice,the hidden conflicts appear.Through the research of practical projects of typical detailed urban design,the paper reveals the causes of the products from the system recognition and legal protection,the relationship between detailed urban design and detailed plan.Focusing on those problems,the paper has a further understanding of the function and significance of detailed urban design,and presents the solution of combination with management,and clears its significance for development control in our country.
