Application of Ecological Planning Concept in the Residence of North China’s New Countryside

新农村宜居型社区建设是我国近期农村经济社会发展的重要趋势,也是我国社会主义新农村建设的重要部分.以新农村宜居型社区住宅设计为切入点,从社区选址、平面形式、绿色能源3个方面分析生态规划设计方法：社区选址上可以创造出一种现代＂负阴抱阳＂的模式;住宅的平面应完整、紧凑;正方形或长宽比接近的矩形平面是较有利的节能平面形式;在门窗、外墙上要充分利用绿色资源,并把建筑物的能源消耗降至最低.新农村宜居型社区住宅设计是一个复杂的过程,是我国协调城乡关系,建设农村和谐社会的重要举措.

The livable community construction of the new countryside is the important tendency in the development of our recent social rural economy and also an important part of the construction of our new socialist countryside.Taking the livable community residential design as a start,we analyze the ecological planning method from the three aspects of the community site,architectural plane and green energy resource.We can create a modern ＂negative Yin and positive Yang＂ mode.The residential plane should be complete and compact.Square or aspect ratio close to the short form is more favorable in the form of energy-saving flat.In building doors,window and walls,we should take full advantage of the green building resource and reduce the energy consumption to a minimum.The new rural livable community residential design and planning are a complex process and a major measure in improving the relationship between the urban and rural areas and building a harmonious rural society.
