针对P2P（Peer to Peer,对等联网）技术在宁夏石嘴山联通互联网网络的运行中存在一定的负面影响,笔者对P2P应用中最广泛采用的BitTorrent（比特流）进行研究,设计出一种BT流量控制系统,使得P2P流量本地化,并且降低出入口流量,从而达到既节省电信运营企业流量结算成本,又能维持用户体验的目的.

In view of certain negative effects in the operation of the P2P in the Internet network of Ningxia Unicom,this paper has studied the most widely used Bit Torrent in the P2P application and designed a BT traffic control system so as to make the P2P traffic localized,reduce the import and export traffic,save the carrier cost and maintain the users＇ experience.
