The sustainable Development of Urban Ecology under Clean Development Mechanism

随着城市化迅速发展,城市人口将迅速增加,城市工业化不断提高,城市数量不断增加,城市经济发展和城市生态环境之间的矛盾日益复杂尖锐,从而使解决城市经济发展和城市生态环境保护的问题提到了世界各国的议事日程。城市作为一个规模庞大、关系复杂的动态系统,由社会、经济、自然子系统复合而成,具有开放性、依赖性、脆弱性等特点,极易受到环境条件变动的干扰。笔者就贵州省贵阳市如何有效地解决因资金不足而制约城市生态绿化建设的矛盾,探索一条生态补偿的可行之路,提出政策建议。

With the quick development of urbanization, the urban population is increasing quickly, the urban industrialization is gradually improving, the number of cities is increasing, the contradiction between urban economic development and urban ecological environment is more and more complex, which makes it the problem to solve the urban economic development and the urban ecological environment protection. The city with a large scale and complex dynamic system, is made up of the subsystems of society, economics and nature that are open, dependent and weak and that are easily influenced by the changing environmental conditions. The writer explores a feasible path of ecological compensation and puts forward some advice about relevant policies in terms of how to effectively solve the problems restricting the urban ecological construction caused by fund shortage.
