摘要
提出了变频运行感应电机稳态谐波电流、脉动转矩及损耗的计算方法,分析了高次谐波产生的异步附加转矩以及脉动转矩的形成。为了得到具有较小谐波电流、转矩的SPWM生成法,设计了双CPU结构的变频器,用它供电被测电机并对电机谐波电流进行测试,测试与计算结果吻合良好。
The computating methods for steady harmonic current and ripple torque and loss of the induction motor equipped with the converter are proposed. Electromagnetic theory about asynchronous torque and ripple torque is analyzed. The converter with twinCPU is designed in order to obtain the wave of PWM with less harmonic current and ripple torque. Finally, the harmonic current of motor is measured. The results of measurement and computation are identical quite well.
