摘要
随着国家建设的发展,受建筑物使用功能、有限建设用地数量、环境保护、自然条件等因素的制约,对建筑物提出了越来越高的要求,一些过去易忽视的岩土工程问题,因涉及结构、安全、技术经济等诸多因素而表现出处理相对较难、或处理费用高的特点。例如:对地下室设计中采用的地下水抗浮指标取值问题准确定量确定,对节约建设投资费用,规避风险、防止事故发生关系颇大。
With the development of national buildings, requirements for the buildings are more and more concerned with due to restricting factors of the function, limited construction land, environmental protection and natural conditions. Some problems, which are once neglected, appeared such as the structure, safety and technical economy that are diffi- cult to deal with. For example, qualitative determination of anti - floating index value in basement design, saving construetion and investment funds and avoiding risks and incidents.
