摘要
利用单向阀在回路中的作用,提出了一种对差压式气压测漏仪的改进方案,通过实验拟合出了系统理想P—T变化特性曲线,并建立了系统P—T关系的数学模型。研究发现改进系统可以缩短检测时间,提高检测效率,并能缓和检测中出现的压力冲击与脉动。数学模型的建立也为以后的量化研究提供了参考依据。
Using the pneumatic check valve in the loop, the article puts forward an improvement program for the air pressure leak detector. Through the experiments the P - T curve of this system is obtained and the mathematical model P - T relation of this system is established. The study indicates that the improved system can reduce the test time, improve the detection efficiency and ease the pressure shock and pulsation appearing in the examination. The mathematical model provides a reference for the future quantitative research.
