在介绍绿色建筑及建筑评估体系之后,对与规划相关的主题进行了初步的探讨,得出如下结论:1.绿色建筑已经逐渐受到建筑师和开发者的关注;2.绿色建筑的经济学对于其广泛的应用依旧是严重的障碍;3.目前绿色建筑的政策和项目不处于规划中的常态;4.目前绝大多数关于绿色建筑实践和研究的重点都是聚焦于新的建筑物修建,而不是攻造旧的建筑。

This article is to provide planners with an introduction to the concept of green buildings and building evaluation systems and to have some discussions on some relevant topics. 1. green building is more and more concerned with the architect and developer; 2. economics of green building is still difficult to be widely applied; 3. For the time being the policy and the program related to green building is not into the normal planning state; 4. the emphases of green building practice and research are laid on the new buildings not on old buildings.
