摘要
在标准测力机中用于砝码选择的伺服微电机数量较多,为使它们能实现同步正反转运行,并避免损坏伺服微电机和限位微动开关,专门设计的一个外部硬件逻辑控制电路和单片机控制相结合的控制方案,成功地应用于新研制的“1200kN标准动态力源”系统中。两年来,运行无故障。
Generally,there are always many micro servo-motor used for selecting weight in standard force measurement instrument.In order to realize synchronous CW/CCW rotation and protect servo-motor and position limit switch from damage,we designed a new control scheme by combining the outer hardware logic control with chip processor control,The method has been used successfully in the development of “1200kN standard dynamic force resource system”,The system works very well in the last two years without any malfunction.
