试论双侧性迁移在高校田径教学中的应用

目前探索新的、能有效提高学生创新精神和综合能力的教学方法是田径教学的发展方向。通过查阅大量文献在总结前人研究的基础上,探讨在田径教学中运用双侧性迁移:有利于提高整个身体的协调性;挖掘右脑的运动潜能,提高运动成绩;减缓疲劳,提高田径教学质量。

For the time being it is necessary to explore the new teaching method to effectively improve students＇innovative spirit and comprehensive ability. The present article discusses the application of bilateral transfer in the track and field teaching, which is helpful to improve the body＇s coordination, develop the potential motion ability of fight brain, attain the good motion performance and improve the track and field teaching quality.
