摘要
线粒体在能量代谢、自由基产生、衰老、细胞凋亡中起重要作用。线粒体的基因突变,呼吸链缺陷,线粒体膜的改变等因素均会影响整个细胞的正常功能,从而导致病变。许多研究表明,线粒体功能异常与帕金森氏症,阿尔兹海默病,糖尿病,肿瘤,等疾病的发生发展过程密切相关,既是疾病病因之一,亦是疾病发病的早期征兆。本文就有关线粒体功能异常所引起的疾病的研究进展作一综述。
Mitoehondria play an important role in energy metabolism, free radical production, aging and cell apoptosis. Mito- ehondrial mutations, respiratory chain defect and the mitochondrial membrane changes may affect the normal functions of the whole eeU, leading to diseases. Many studies indicate that, mitoehondrial dysfunction is closely related to the cause and development process of diseases, such as Parkinsonk' s disease, Alzheimer' s disease, maternally inherited diabetes and cancer, and it is also the early signs of the diseases. This study overviews the researches about the diseases caused by the mitochondrial dysfunction.
