神经生长因子(nerve growth fact,NGF)作为最早被发现的一种神经营养因子,对神经细胞的生长发育、分化和再生发挥调节作用,是参与损伤神经再生和功能修复的重要因子,已引起当今生物医药界的重视。本文就NGF的组成结构、分布、生物学效应及其与神经系统损伤的关系做一综述。

Nerve growth factor （ nerve growth factor, NGF） is a kind of earliest discovered nerve nourishment factor, which plays an adjusting role in neuron survival, growth, differentiation and rebirth, and is also an important factor involved in the regeneration and functional repair of the damaged nerve , and has attracted the attention of current biomedical sector. This paper makes a review of thestructure, distribution, biological effects of NGF and its relationship with the nervous system injury.
