摘要
利用人工缺陷对高压开关电触头超声C扫描成象检测参数进行了标定。其中对关键参数之一——图象缺陷阈值的确定采用了一种新的算法(过标算法)。经过对C扫描的试样进行解剖分析并与C扫描图象计算的钎着率对比,结果非常吻合。
The ultrasonic C scan parameters used for highvltage switch electric contact testing have been calibrated byutilizing the artificial flaws. As the coo of the key patameters, the thresholds of image gray level value were determined using a novel algorithm named reverse calibration algotithm. It has been shown that the Calibration of parameters are very successful through comparing the brazing ratesCalculated by the contact C scan forage and the dissectedsamples.
