摘要
通过对热力站局部系统流程的改造,解决了热力站冷凝水回水温度过高、水-水热交换器壳层结垢无法正常运行以及汽-水热交换器壳层凝结水液位不清,在运行过程中容易出现热交换器壳层满水和跑汽现象,造成汽-水冲击,影响系统安全运行的问题。通过改造和实际运行,验证了利用热交换器液位控制的方法对供热系统一级管网温度进行调节和控制回收冷凝水温度的可行性,这种运行调节方式操作简单、方便、安全可靠,易于运行人员掌握。
The problem of returned condensed water temperature is too high is solved, as well as the water - water heat exchanger can not work normally due to fouling and steam-water heat exchanger's condensed water level is unclear, through the local system process modifi- cation of thermal station. The full water and steam leaking appear easily for the heat exchanger, causing the impact of steam and water, which also can be solved by this modifwation.Through this modification and the actual operation, the feasibility of temperature adjusting for the first pipe net of heat supply system and the temperature control for recycled condensed water are verified, by using the liquid level control method of heat exchanger. This adjusting method is easy to handle, easy to operate, quite safe and reliable. And it is also easy to be grasped by the direct operator.
