摘要
研究出一种将汽轮机调节系统与保安系统有机结合起来的快控阀，并对这种新型快控阀的工作原理以及结构特点进行了详细的介绍。
A new fluid logic device is presented which combines the regulation systems and safety(fast valving)systems happily,the mechanism and special structures of the fluid valve is described in detail.
