The Paper adopts a questionnaire survey method,using spss13.0 analysis the teaching application of modern distance education in rural primary and middle schools in Henan Province,including frequency analysis and correlate analysis,and much of the Teaching Application of Modern distance education in rural primary and middle schools in Henan Province and key constraints to a more precise con-siderations,and giving effective strategies to speed up the teaching application of modern distance education in rural primary and middle schools.
