目的强化和促进基础护理工作的落实。方法通过分层次培训和制定具体运行措施达到人人知晓,促进落实。结果通过与去年同期比较,基础护理质量和病人的满意度均有提高。结论将加强落实基础护理工作作为一项长期任务落实下去,让病人、社会、政府满意。

Results Compared with a year ago based on the quality of care and patient satisfaction were improved.
