LASIK术后屈光回退药物治疗的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Drug Theatment in Myopia Regression after LASIK

目的探讨LASIK术后出现屈光回退和欠矫的病人经药物0.2 5﹪托吡卡胺滴眼液联合0.5﹪马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗后的疗效。方法 47例93眼患者随机分为A、B两组,A组25例47眼,B组22例46眼,A组给予点用0.2 5﹪托吡卡胺滴眼液联合0.5﹪马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液：每晚各1次。B组仅点用托吡卡胺滴眼液：每晚1次,两组都同时滴用0.1﹪艾弗龙滴眼液,每日3次,1周后开始观察药物疗效,连续使用1个月后进行裸眼视力检查,散瞳及小瞳验光。采用回顾性分析,观察各回退及欠矫阶段用药后屈光度及裸眼视力的变化。根据用药后屈光度及裸眼视力的变化来判定疗效。结果 47例93眼患者中欠矫、屈光回退度数小于1.00D,早期出现的患者﹙〈3月=共41例81眼,A组总有效率达91.49﹪,B组为76.09﹪,两组间差异有显著性﹙P〈0.05=,其中6例12眼术后3月以上屈光回退度数大于1.00D的患者,两组间有效率差异无显著性。无明显药物毒副作用。结论两种滴眼液联合应用对于欠矫、屈光回退早期﹙〈3月=,度数小于1.00D的患者具有治疗简便,安全有效,可避免再次手术所造成的创伤和并发症,对临床治疗方法的选择有着重要指导意义。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of tropieamide eye drops and timolol eye drops on regression after laser in situ keratornileusis LASIK . Method 47 cases of 93 eyes is randomly divided into A , B two groups ,25 cases 47eyes in group A , 22 cases 46eyes in group B. 25 eases 47eyes were treated by 0.2 5 % tropicamide and 0. 5% timolol once every night in group A , 22 cases 46eyes were only treated by 0.5timolol once every night in group B. 0. 1 % Fluorometholone eye drops were used three times everyday in both groups .Observe the curative effect after 1 week , then determine the uncorrected visual acuity UCVA , refraction of large pupl and normal pupil after using 1 month consecutively..Observe and analyze the effect of the medicines by the chanes of the UCVA and refraction at several stages postoperatively . Results There were 41 regressive cases 81eyes 〈 1.00D at 3months in total cases , the effective rate was 91.49 % in group A and 76.09% in group B ,the difference was significant. In another 6cases 12eyes with regression 〉 1.00D after 3 months, the difference was n , t significant in in both groups. There was no significant toxic or side effect . Conclusion The synaptic apphcation of the two eye drops is easy and cheap with prominent effect, it is significant to the clinic therapy.
