腰椎间盘突出症手术间盘错误9例浅析

Analysis of the Nine LDH Cases Operated on Wrong Disc

目的提高手术质量,减少失误,避免医患纠纷。方法对收治的9例手术椎间盘错误的椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料进行分析,找出易至错的原因。结果 9例患者均为L4、5椎间盘突出,手术部位均做在L3、4处。手术医院为一甲医院2例,二甲医院4例,三甲医院3例。结论 L4、5椎间盘突出症手术时,容易做错手术间盘,术者需高度重视。

Objective To improve the quality of operation,to reduce the errors and to avoide malpractice. Methods Analyzed the medical data of.nine LDH cases operated on wrong disc and seeked the reasons led to it.Results Nine cases diagnosed as L4.5DH,operated on L3.4 disc.it happen in all grade hospitals.Conclusion It is easy to make mistake when operating on L4.5 disc,surgeon must pay more attention to it.
