摘要
在自动化密度分析仪中,需要实现对多路温度、压力模拟信号进行采集,并顺序输出数字量控制多个数字开关。该系统采用基于分布式模式的系统设计方案,上位机通过USB接口获得下位机发送的数据,利用编程软件完成人机交互界面的设计以及对通信数据的处理与储存,下位机采集现场数据并控制如电磁阀等动作机构。
Automation density analyzer is based on multi-channel temperature and pressure analog signal acquisition,and could control several digital switches such as electromagnetic valves by digital signal output.This is a distribution mode system,the upper computer gets data through the USB port,which is sent by micro controller.It can process them in user interface programmed by us,and the mission of micro controller is to do data acquisition and control electromagnetic valves.
