Realization of Serial Port Communication between PC and Frequency Inverter Based on VB

串口通信技术在人机交互良好的现代工业监控系统中应用广泛,并在该领域发挥着巨大作用。文章描述了PC机与变频器的串行通信方案,采用RS232与RS485转换器实现其两者间的有效连接,并详细阐述了硬件的连接方案及相关通信协议。进一步阐述了如何利用MSComm控件编写串行通信程序,并编写了基于VB的通信软件程序。实验证明通过本系统可方便高效地控制变频器的输出,进而控制电机的运转,以完成对工业动力设备的最优控制。

Serial communication technology is widely used in the field of well human-computer interaction in the modern industrial monitoring system,and it plays a great role in this field.Serial port communication program between PC and frequency inverter is analyzed in this paper.The converter RS232 and RS485 carries out effective connection between PC and frequency inverter.Hardware connection scheme and the associated communication protocols are illustrated in details.Moreover,the utilization of serial port communication program writing by MSComm is explained,and the communication program based on VB is developed.The experiments prove that this system can control inverter＇s output,then further control motor＇s operation conveniently and effectively,finally to better control the industrial power equipment.
