摘要
应用教育心理学追求成功的成就动机强度原理,在实验教学中通过增加实验内容难度、增开综合性、设计性实验;将过去惯用的以教师为主的灌输式授课模式改变为以学生为主体的讨论式、启发式授课模式等措施,增大学生的成就动机强度,充分调动学生自主学习的积极性,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高、培养学生的动手能力和创新能力,取得了良好的教学效果。
The application of achievement motivation theory in the experimental teaching has received notable results.Students tend to acquire high degree of achievement motivation when independent investigation is encouraged and heuristic method is applied.In contrast with their little enthusiasm for learning under the traditional education system which emphasizes cramming and unidirectional teaching.As a result,the innovation ability as well as operation ability of the students has been greatly enhanced.
