校企合作共建实验室,探索人才培养新模式

New Pattern for Personnel Training Through Co-constructing Laboratory of School and Enterprise

针对高校实验室建设经费不足的情况,提出校企合作共建实验室。校企联合实验室采取产学研结合、企业技术培训、开展各类竞赛、开放实验室等模式运行,培养和提高了学生的综合素质和科技创新能力。校企联合,资源共享,优势互补,探索出了一个高校实验室建设,培养优秀人才的新模式。

Due to lack of funds of the laboratory construction,this paper proposed that school and enterprise should co-construct laboratory.The laboratories carry out the following modes to operate,such as enterprise-university-research cooperation,technology training,participating contest,opening laboratory,etc.These modes cultivate the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of the undergraduates.The joint education of school and enterprise can share the common resource and supply advantage for each other,and provide a new pattern for laboratory construction and personnel training.
