职校实习生工作场所学习的困境与挑战

Dilemmas and Challenges of Interns Workplace Learning

伴随着当前职业世界的不稳定性,职业院校学生顶岗实习过程中工作场所学习遇到了前所未有的挑战。实习生工作场所学习效率低下似乎是一种常态,目前研究主要从工作场所学习方式本身出发对其重要性以及特点作了分析,其它方面的研究还没有顾及。本文尝试分析了职业院校学生工作场所学习的制约因素,为职业院校学生的工作场所学习策略提供借鉴,同时也为职业院校的实习教学提供一些启示。

Due to the professional world instability, vocational college student enterprises learning in workplace has come across unprecedented challenges. Current studies mainly focus on the learning model itself, and its importance and characteristics. Supported by analyzing constrains of workplace learning, this paper attempts to contribute some suggestions for the workplace learning strategies and vocational college practical training courses.
