摘要
高职"双师素质"师资队伍建设是提高高职院校教育教学质量的关键,也是职业院校生存与发展的基础,文章就"双师素质"教师队伍的培养,分别从政策、培养方式等方面提出相应的解决途径。
Teacher ＂Double Quality＂ training is vital to improve the teaching quality in Chinese vocational colleges, which lays foundations for the existence and development of vocational colleges. This paper discusses how to make teacher ＂Double Quality＂ training more efficient in terms of policy and training methods.
