摘要
本文使用Betz和Taylor编制的CDMSE对780名大学生进行测量,尝试对其进行修订,结果表明:我国大学生职业决策自我效能包括针对自我评价、自我需求、信息收集、问题应对、职业选择和压力抵抗六个方面的信心因素;经修订后的量表具有较好的信度、效度,可以用作评估大学生职业决策自我效能的工具。
Using the 780 college students as research sample,the study found the career decision-making self-efficacy of Chinese college students included six factors,the efficacy about self appraisal,self need,information acquisition,problem-resolving,career selecting and pressure resisting.The scale should become the tool to evaluate the career decision-making self-efficacy of Chinese college student because of its good reliability and validity.
