中小企业中关系实践对组织信任和上级信任的影响——公平感的中介作用分析 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以公平感作为中介作用,探讨了以关系为基础的人力资源实践对员工信任的预测作用。对204名中小型企业的员工进行问卷调查的结果发现:关系实践可以对员工的组织信任有显著的消极影响,分配公平和程序公平在此关系中起到了中介作用;关系实践对上级信任却没有显著的消极作用。
