Confucian Property Rights Ideas in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period

春秋战国时期,在经历着产权制度激烈变革的同时,产生了丰富的产权思想。儒家学派已经认识到产权的功能在于提供一种激励,国家的作用在于明确界定和保护产权,同时国家要为产权制度的顺利建立提供一个良好的环境,为此必须形成一整套维护产权制度的伦理道德规范。通过对产权功能、国家与产权关系及产权制度环境三者的阐释,可以初步探知这一时期儒家学派代表人物的产权思想。

During the drastic innovation of property right system,abundant property right ideas had come into being in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period.Confucius had been aware of the prompting function of property right,the role the government of definition and protection of property right,and at the same time,they claimed that government should provide advantageous environment for the establishment of property right,thus must form the system of positive moral principles to assert property right system.The thesis discusses the property right ideas of the main Confucian representative in that era.
